Introduction
This course will teach students how to use, maintain, plan and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 installation and configuration. Course participants will be able to manage: users and security, services and workflows, analytics and reporting, enterprise Portals, and administration.
Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the Installation of Client, Database, and AOS
- Identify necessary service accounts for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Configure system parameters and synchronize the database
- Manage User Security and default Analysis Services roles
- Configure Web Services and Workflow Setup
- Install and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 BI Components
- Create workflows with the graphical workflow editor
- Use Windows PowerShell to deploy reports
- Understand Enterprise Portal Installation and Configuration
