Introduction
Change is crucial to keep ourselves stimulated and creative. However, routine and stability makes us feel relaxed. To manage change, we need to have the necessary tools and skills to make a difference to the way things happen around us and within the organization.
In this training program, we will examine how you got to be who you are, define your communication resources and investigate your personal beliefs and values. We also will look at the limitations all of us put to ourselves and how they hold us back from being open to change. You will also recognize that conflict is inevitable, and that it can be healthy when appropriately managed. And to learn the skills and techniques for managing conflict effectively, and to achieve positive outcomes, rather than to prevent all conflict. With practical activities and role-plays that can build skills and confidence, you will go beyond the theory of dealing with conflict and changes.
